Orders received by 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. 95% of orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next working day, but this is not assured unless selecting the 'Next Working Day' delivery method.
Please note that Royal Mail post may take up to 15 working days for delivery. Until this period is over, we are unable to replace or refund orders sent by standard delivery.
Whilst we aim to meet the delivery times quoted above at all times, during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions or industrial action, will mean that certain delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these disruptions to a minimum.
Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 7.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unoccupied, a card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel or how to to re-arrange delivery. If no contact is made with the courier the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
If delivery is delayed excessively, we will do out utmost to inform you as soon as possible. We are happy to give you the option of purchasing alternative items or receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made.
